Mediante la respiraci\u00f3n y los diferentes ejercicios y m\u00e9todos de pr\u00e1ctica, tu cuerpo y tu mente se conectar\u00e1n para que te sientas mucho mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YOGA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conseguir equilibrar el cuerpo y la mente es el trabajo principal del yoga. El Asthanga Yoga corrige la postura corporal, favorece la prevenci\u00f3n de dolores de espalda y cervicales y tambi\u00e9n ayuda al enriquecimiento de la elasticidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro trabajo es totalmente personalizado para ti, en yoga no hay edades.
